Step #1 – FREE Intro to CrossFit

This is the first step on your journey to becoming the best possible version of yourself.

The 60-minute Intro to CrossFit program at CrossFit M3, is an opportunity for you to come into the community, tour our beautiful gym, meet our awesome coaches and do a fun workout personally tailored to you.

Step #2 – Foundations

Foundations is a training program that is designed for beginners to become competent and confident in CrossFit movements and fit enough to join a CrossFit class safely.

During this training program you will learn the nine foundational movements of CrossFit in a group environment. You will develop lasting relationships with your peers, and a general fitness base that will help you achieve your goals.

Once you have demonstrated proficiency in foundational movements of CrossFit, you will be able to sign-up for a monthly membership. The number of sessions will depend on an assessment of your fitness level and physical abilities.

Step #3 – CrossFit

The community is what CrossFit is all about and a CrossFit class is a celebration of small achievements.

Once you have completed the Foundations program, you will join a CrossFit class where you participate in the Daily WOD (workout of the day). You will be surrounded by like-minded people who will motivate you to push yourself, both mentally and physically, to places you never thought possible.

CrossFit classes run for 60-minutes and feature a skill, strength and a metabolic conditioning component. Each class is taught by one of the CrossFit M3 coaches who will continue to provide you with technical, eyes on coaching.

CrossFit classes run throughout the day, so you will be able to choose a class that best suits your schedule. CrossFit M3 will also have ample open gym time allowing you the opportunity to supplement your training and work on new and old skills.

Step #4 – Membership

We want you to be able to meet your fitness goals with no limitations. Because of that, all of our membership plans include unlimited weekly classes.
