Step #1 – No Sweat Intro to CrossFit
This is the first step on your journey to becoming the best possible version of yourself.
Performed either virtually or in-person this is your opportunity to meet your coach, tour our beautiful gym and ask any questions you might have about our program and the options available to you.
Step #2 – Trial Session
Every new journey begins with a single step in the right direction. In your trial your coach will lead you through a fun and effective workout that is carefully personalized to your ability and current fitness levels.
Step #3 – Join the M3 Family
The community is what CrossFit is all about and every single workout at M3 is a celebration of small achievements.
Whether you choose to begin with some One-on-One personal training sessions or want to jump right into group classes you will be surrounded by like-minded people who will motivate you to push yourself, both mentally and physically, to places you never thought possible.
