Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I like a challenge. CrossFit was the hardest thing I had ever tried. I was hooked from day one. I thought I was fit. I was not. From struggle comes growth. I believe that the most important adaptation to CrossFit occurs between the ears. I have seen CrossFit transform lives. Mine continues to transform and I am very grateful for that.

Why did you become a trainer?

I enjoy watching people succeed and do things they once thought impossible.

Wolverine. He has sweet hair
