What year did you start CrossFitting?
Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I got into CrossFit at a time in my life when I needed something to help get me out of my own way. My husband Matthew Lefave had been doing it for years and motivated me to give it a try. I did and I was hooked. It helped change the direction of my life and I am grateful for it.
I was a competitive Figure Skater many years ago and found the same love and passion for CrossFit as I had with skating. I love that with CrossFit you are always trying new things, and because of that it pushes you out of your comfort zone and creates a new kind confidence. I love pushing the boundaries of my fitness to see what I am capable of.
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because I love motivating people. I want to help people feel confident about themselves and to love themselves. I thrive off of other peoples happiness and joy and just so badly want to impact as many peoples lives in a positive way as I can. I truly believe that everyone and anyone is capable of everything and I would like to influence peoples lives to believe that through CrossFit.

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
My mom – she’s the strongest, most amazing person I know. She is always positive and happy. She never complains and always sees the good despite the bad. I hope that I am as awesome as she is! She’d definitely whoop Batman’s a@#.
