A: Work Squat Technique:

– Shoulder-Width stance

– Hips descend back and down

– Hips descend lower then knees

– Lumber curve maintained

– Heels down

– Knees in line with toes

– Complete at full hip and knee extension

THEN: Work up to heavy Goblet Squat Single.

B: EMOM X 12:

5 Goblet Squats

Rowing for balance of minute.

C: 4 x 8 Arnold Press
