Hollw Body Rock to Pistol (4×8 Per Leg)

This is meant to help you with leg flexibility (ankle and quad). If you have difficulty with this movement, try to do this with a small DB in your hands to use as counter weight. If you have too much difficulty with ankle flexibility you can do this in reverse order: go down into a low pistol, sit down and perform a hollow body rock
