A: 5 Sets:

10 Cal Row

10 AbMat Sit-Ups

10 Jump Squats

*rest 1 minute after each round

B: 3 Rounds:

15 Ball Slams

10 Burpee Over Ball

C: 3 Sets:

10 GHD back extension with 2 seconds hold at top position.
