Metcon (No Measure)

A: EMOM X 20:

Min 1: Box Step Up

Min 2: Dumbbell Deadlifts OR Min 3: KB Mountain Climbers.

*Work for 30 seconds and rest 30 seconds

B: 3 X 10: Wall Ball as high and heavy as possible work up to heaviest unbroken set of ten on wall.

*Rest as needed
