Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)


Both partners working at the same time, alternating between A and B every minute…

A. One minute box step-up and over – with a heavy object (kettlebells, med ball, dumbbells, plate, weight vest, etc).

B. One minute of 5-10 reps each of any two of the following gymnastic movements: pull-ups, CTB, push-ups, ring-dips, HSPU, pistols, muscle-ups, TTB.

Alternating every minute for 40mins.
