3 Rounds:

30 bar facing burpees

30 thrusters, unbroken*

4 minute rest between rounds
You chose weight ideally around 75/95 for men 55/65 for women. This is a lot of reps, I know. If you stick to a pace of 10 burpee BJO per minute, you know how much time this will take. Get into a meditate state of mind, this should feel to a certain extend like an aerobic piece. Focus on breathing (avoid grimacing). We want to increase your work capacity so the weight need to be appropriate for you to keep moving.
