Back Squat (5X5)
We will start an another back squat progression. It will be important here to go based on feeling and perceived effort. Don’t focus on the weight, focus on the stimulis.
Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)
odd- Row 18/14 cals
even- 3 snatch @ 75% power or squat
The goal here is to lift heavy under fatigue. Practice TNG or singles.
