AMRAP 8:
5 Deadlift 295/205
12 burpee box jumps
15 wall ball 20/14
Go heavy on the deadlifts but something you can do for 5 reps. Burpees can be parallel to box.

AMRAP 8:
10 KBS 32/24
12 burpees over the bar
16 sit ups/v ups
Russian KBS are ok and focus on your hip extension. You can use your hands on the box jump overs but your legs must go over the box, not around it.
