Power Clean (Heavy 3 Rep TNG )

You can rest at the hip but you cannot reset on the floor. move your feet to keep your speed under the bar!

10 Power Cleans

50 Double Unders
Keep the bar in your hands the entire scheme. This will only get harder since double under will tax your grip and shoulders. Make sure you are ready to pick up the bar before getting into it but try to also challenge yourself with the transitions and attempt going unbroken even when you are tired
