There is no secret behind this workout. You know yourself well enough to break it up appropriately. You can’t win training but you can certain set yourself up for success if you focus on consistency in rest and work time. If the HSPU number here is ridiculous for you, scale down reps. Row a bit slower than you’d like on the row in order to start the next rounds on a good note. A workout like this rewards athletes who chip away and is disciplined with their rest.
