odd- 55 seconds front rack walking lunges with 50/35lbs DB

even- 12 C2B
The goal of the lunges is simply to keep moving for the duration of the 55 seconds. You cannot place the metal on your shoulders and hands on top. Do real front rack walking lunges. You can break up the C2B as needed.
