4 X Hexagon Drill – 2 x both directions
Hexagon Drill:

You go in one directions twice then straight into the other direction twice for a total of 4 rotations, rest about 2 minutes between rounds

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds:

15 hang power cleans 135/95 15 push jerks
Don’t turn on the clock, just go through this with no pressure, no expectations.
