Power Snatch (5 x 3 @ 50% )

Drop between each rep

Focus on pulling the bar towards you as you pull off the ground, go up to full extension the knees and hips and pull aggressively under, be snappy.

Back Squat (4 x 2 @ 65%)

Keep a tight body and pinch your scaps together. Look to drive hard into the ground and move quickly between reps.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)
