Metcon (No Measure)

Plyo:

Set up 4 Boxes – 1 High, 3 Lower.

Seated on a box at 90 degrees, jump up onto the high box then jump down over to the other side and rebound onto the following boxes.
Goal is to use the stretch reflex for bounding box jumps. If you aren’t use to this, start with lower boxes, you can even scale down to plates.
