MINI LEG BLASTERS

4 rounds of the following, with 30 secs rest between each round:

10 Air squats

10 Lunges (5 per leg, alternating)

10 Jumping lunges (5 per leg, alternating)

10 Jump squats

TABATA = 8 rounds of 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest (4 mins total)

Tabata wall ball shots

Tabata hollow rocks

Tabata burpees

Tabata supermans

Tabata DB or KB thrusters

Tabata v-ups

Score for each movement is the LOWEST reps competed in one round.
