Squat clean first rep if you can. Maximize load

20 Wallball 30/20

15 Deadlift 225/155

Rest 3 Mins

Every 10 seconds in your rest, perform 1 burpee
The goal with this is to be unbroken and fast in transition to deadlifts. The rest is active and you should move methodically and relaxed in the burpees
