50 Air Squats

Air squats are meant to add movement, basically to make ttb a bit harder but at the same time to help train the body to recover during movement. Having the air squats after deads and before ttb, should give your hips a break (if you perform the air squats in a recovery pace) in order to go longer or faster on ttb. If you are a ttb and air squat ninja and have more difficulty on deadlifts, try to find recovery strategies to help deadlift move faster or to go longer on sets.
