Each partner works for 90 seconds at each station.

30 seconds transition time between partners.

6 stations:

Assault bike

Single arm DB snatches


Kettle bell swings

Jumping air squats

Clean and jerks

Work your way through the 6 stations and then one more time from the top (so 12 intervals each partner).
