Practice butterfly here. Perfect your kip and try to relax on the way down from your pull-up

20 Wallball 20/14

ME Burpees

*rest 2 mins

*score is # of burpees
Go hard on burpees but not reckless. Aim for a challenging number you can hit in a min. You should have about 2 mins for burpees per round. An elite number should be around 20-24 per min.
