Trying to find our 1 rm from the ground. being efficient with a squat helps a great deal however if you feel more comfortable with a power clean, that is ok.

This will be a bit tough on the back. In the deadlift, dont hyper extend the finish position, we are looking for an extended HIP not back. Break up dead to be quick but don’t let yourself go to the red line in which the body starts to burn. On the row, you want to be consistent. Force yourself to row at the same pace each time which means that you must start at a slower pace than you might like.
