Sumo Deadlift (2, 2, 2, 2, 2)
We just want to get some heavy work in, no need to be max but we can try to hit some heavy weight. Sumo deadlift, make sure the knees stay above the feet, dont get wide to the point of having knees cave in.
Goal is unbroken. Use a challenging kb but the wallball should stay open weight 20/14
