Work on some ankle mobility and quad stretches to optimize position.

3 Rounds AMRAP 3 Mins:

15 Power Snatch 95/65

15 C2B Pull-Ups

*rest two mins between sets
If C2B need to be broken up in more than 2 sets, reduce reps to 12 or 10. For the power snatch avoid using a narrow grip and keep your feet landing width. Try keeping the hip low as you cycle reps – on the return keep your chest as tall as possible and try using a technique somewhere between a muscle snatch and a power snatch
