Part A: This shouldn’t necessarily be unbroken on the cleans, we’re looking to minimize the breaks and work technically under fatigue. When doing heavy jerks, don’t rush the movement, efficiency is key which for some might mean to reset at each rep to make sure bar path stays straight and torso angle stays upright.

Part B: This is to move fast with light loads under fatigue. A finishing kick of some sorts.
