“Glycolytic Sunday”


Each partner works for one minute at each station at 80% of his/her max effort. 30 seconds transition time between partners which means you will have 2 mins before your next 1 minute efforts (1:2 work rest ratio).

6 stations:


Wall walks

Shuttle sprints

Kettle bell swings

Burpee pull-ups

Wall balls

Work your way through the 6 stations and then one more time from the top (so 12 one-minute efforts each partner).
