Power Clean (3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3)

The tempo is to focus on torso angle AND bar path. Once the bar leaves the ground, the shoulders keep moving up along with the hip therefore knees should be slightly pushing back (never all the way) then once the bar is past knees, they come back forward slightly to keep bar close.

1 min handstand hold

1 min dead hang (hollow body) hold

1 min plank hold

1 minutes rest
