Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
5X 2 Clean + 2 Front Squat + Jerk
Go heavy but no misses. 2 clean can be power or squat but goal is keeping shoulders above the bar, jump and pull elbows fast! keeping torso upright in the squat will save some energy for that jerk. In the jerk, think of finishing the drive all the way up to your toes.

9 hang power clean 6 push jerk 155/105
Pace this. Each round needs to be systematic and smartly broken up. it should feel relativity easy in the first rounds so that you can kick it in in the last 3 rounds.
