Pistol squats

Strict hand stand pushups

Get-ups (from starting in sit-up position to standing on both feet or into a pistol)

16 min EMOM

Start each movement at the top of the minute.

Aim for ~80% of max reps at each movement each round.

5 wall walks

10 front rack lunges (135/95)
