In teams of two with only one partner working at a time:

40 wall ball shots

100 ground to OH 115/75

400m run/walk with plate OH 45/25

Burpees * see below for quantity

1,000m row

* Count the number of times you switched the plate during the 400m run/walk, multiply that times 2 and that’s the number of burpees you have to do, EACH.

Partners do the burpees at the same time.
