a. Sled push 4 lengths

b. 20 kettlebell swings

a. 4 rope climbs

b. 10 clean and jerk

a. 12 pullups

b. 12 burpees

a, 2 x 200m sprints

b. 60 double unders

a. 12 shoulder to overhead

b. 12 front squats
